We collect personal information to be able to deliver the chat service.

Your personal information make it possible for the customer service representatives to answer your questions.

What personal information do you collect?

We collect chat messages and some other information about you, such as e-mail, name, Internet address, IP address and the browser you use.

If you fill out any forms, we will also collect the information you choose to provide.

On what grounds do you process data?

Your personal data are processed on the grounds of the EU privacy regulations (GDPR) Article 6, paragraph 1b.

The information collected is required to be able to deliver the service to you, in line with our contractual obligations.

Who receives my personal information?

To deliver our service, we use data processors as subcontractors.

The processors are:

• Gudbrandsdal Energi, owner of the chatbot.
• Enoro, vendor of the CRM platform.
• Sempro AS, vendor of the chat platform.

Where are my personal data processed?

Your personal data is processed in the EU, USA and Canada.

All vendors outside the EU process data in accordance with EU rules (Privacy Shield).

How are my data processed?

Your personal information is collected through your use of the chat system.

We store your personal information in our databases, where they are subject to regular backups and improvement of the platform itself.

How long is the data kept?

Your personal information is kept for up to 120 days, after which it is automatically anonymized.

What rights do I have?

Your rights include access, correction, deletion and data portability of your personal data.

You are entitled to complain to the National Data Protection Inspectorate if you feel your data has been processed in violation of the rules.
